The staff work hard to make you feel welcome - some staff still need some training. At breakfast outside is a pleasant experience, but the pigeons need sorting out as they are a hygiene risk - ESPECIALLY when they jump up on the food preparation area and no attempt is made to stop this or sterilise the surfaces before carrying on with the preparation of guest breakfast orders.
It was a special visit. We did pay to upgrade to the Penthouse as it was my wife’s birthday and the rate offered was very reasonable. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming and personalised the few days with fun birthday messages, balloons and champagne. It made the trip.
Very comfortable hotel, great location and very friendly supportive staff throughout - will definitely be back.
It is a lovely hotel, well located with stunning views of the Mediterranean. A couple of things that can be upgraded! Elevators were always very busy at peak hours with queuing lines. Also the reception area was often very busy and congested!!
